Responsible Gambling

Practical tools and free confidential support for staying in control: deposit limits, session reminders, self-exclusion.

chickenroadapp.it.com treats safer play as part of the guide, not a footnote. Here are the tools, the signs and the helplines.

Tools inside your account

The responsible gaming section of a licensed operator gives you these controls for free, and they take a minute to set. They are far more effective than willpower in the middle of a session.

  • Deposit and loss limits — a daily, weekly or monthly cap. Increases usually take effect only after a cooling-off period, which is exactly the point.
  • Session reminders — a pop-up telling you how long you have played and what your net result is.
  • Cooling-off periods — a short lock of 24 hours to several weeks, useful after a bad session.
  • Self-exclusion — closing access for six months, a year or permanently. It cannot be undone early, by design.
  • Account closure — a full exit with withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Four rules worth keeping

  • Set a budget first. Decide your deposit limit before you start, not while you are playing. Our payments section shows the minimums, so it is easy to plan.
  • Never chase losses. A lost round does not make the next one more likely to win.
  • Use a timer. Thirty minutes is a reasonable session; set an alarm and honour it.
  • Play only at licensed sites. An unlicensed clone has no obligation to pay you at all.

Warning signs worth taking seriously

Any one of these is a reason to pause; several together mean it is time to ask for help.

  • Playing longer or for higher stakes than you intended, repeatedly.
  • Depositing again to win back what you just lost.
  • Gambling with money set aside for rent, food, school fees or repayments.
  • Borrowing money — or selling belongings — to keep playing.
  • Hiding how much you play from family or friends.
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you try to cut down.
  • Believing a “predictor” or “hack” can beat an RNG game. None can.

Alcohol, fatigue and late nights

Fast rounds punish tired judgement more than slow games do, and every study of loss-chasing points the same way. If you would not drive, do not stake. A session pushed into the small hours is the one people most often describe afterwards as the night it got away from them.

Free, confidential support

These services are independent of any operator and cost nothing to contact.

If you are in immediate distress, contact your local emergency number or a mental-health helpline in your country straight away. In India, Tele-MANAS offers free mental-health support on 14416.

A realistic view of the odds

Every casino game carries a house edge, and crash titles are no exception. No strategy changes that figure. Treat any money you stake as the price of entertainment, not as an investment — and if you have questions, write to us.

Talking to someone early

Most people who get help wait far longer than they needed to. A conversation with a friend, a partner or a helpline counsellor while things are still manageable is worth ten conversations later. The services listed above are free, confidential, and used to hearing from people who are simply not sure whether they have a problem yet.

Questions about anything above are always welcome; the contact page has the address.
